Edit one part of a photo.
Not the photo.
Most editors improve everything at once, and the person in the picture quietly stops looking like themselves. Reposy changes the part you point at. Outside your selection, every pixel comes back exactly as it was — and that is checked on every result, not promised.

One edit, nothing else touched
Before
After
How the edit is fenced in
This is the part no other editor does, and the reason a face still looks like itself afterwards.
- You paint the area. A finger, or the phone’s own guess. Nothing has left yet.
- Only that leaves. That region goes to the model. The rest goes nowhere.
- Put back, checked. Everything outside the mark is restored, then compared.
A result whose edit leaked past the mark fails that last comparison and is thrown away before it reaches your phone. You are not charged for one.
What it edits
Face
Open eyes that blinked. Turn a glance back to the lens. A smile that was half there. The moles, the freckles and the line of the jaw are the ones you arrived with.
Hands
A finger that bent the wrong way, a fist that will not close, nails, or whatever is being held. The ring stays on the finger it was on.
Hair
The strand across a cheek, the one standing up at the back. The hairline keeps its own irregular edge instead of being redrawn as a curve.
Light
A hard flash from a 2000s compact, low sun an hour before sunset, a window on one side. These change the whole frame, and the app says so before you spend anything.
How it works
- Point at it. Paint over the area with a finger, or let the phone find it — it looks for eyes, hands, hair and nails on the device itself, in a few tens of milliseconds, and the brush is still there if it guesses wrong.
- Pick the edit. No text box. A row of cards, each one a thing that can happen to that area, so there is nothing to phrase and nothing to get wrong.
- Get one result, or three. Three gives you something to choose between. Nothing is charged for a result that does not arrive.
What we don’t do
- No account. No name, no email address, no password. The app asks for an anonymous identity on first launch and that is the whole of it.
- No analytics, no ad identifier, no third-party SDK. There is not one in the app.
- Your photo is deleted within 24 hours. Automatically, whether or not you come back.
- We don’t beautify. Nothing slims a face, smooths skin you didn’t ask us to touch, or changes the shape of anyone. An edit you did not ask for is a bug here, not a feature.
An edit needs an AI provider, which means the photo leaves your phone. The app says that plainly before the first one, and the privacy policy says exactly what the provider keeps and what we cannot promise about it.
Questions
Can it really open closed eyes without changing the face?
That is the one thing Reposy is built for. You mark the eye area, the edit is applied inside that mark, and the pixels outside it are put back from the original file. Every result is checked against the source before it reaches you, so a change that leaked outside the selection is caught rather than shipped.
Do I have to describe what I want in words?
No. There is no text box anywhere in the app. You paint an area and pick a card — open eyes, fix fingers, hair off the face — and the app writes the instruction itself.
Does the photo leave my phone?
Yes, for the edit itself. The selected crop is sent to an AI provider, the result comes back, and it is deleted within 24 hours whether or not you return. The detection that suggests an area runs on the phone and sends nothing. The privacy policy names the provider and says what it keeps.
Do I need an account?
No. No name, no email, no password, no sign in with anything. The app asks the server for an anonymous identity the first time it launches.
What does it cost?
One edit is free, with no card and no account. After that you buy credits, either once or monthly. The prices are shown in the app, in your own currency.
What happens if the result is bad?
A result that never arrives is never charged. That is why one edit is free before you pay for anything, and why three alternatives at once exist at all.
Is it on Android?
Not yet. Reposy is an iPhone app, written for iOS first. There is no Android version and no date for one.
How do I join the beta?
Write to support@reposy.app and say what you would try it on. Invites go out one at a time rather than as an open link, because every tester is given credits by hand and a tester with no credits has nothing to test. The build is iPhone only.
