Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Reposy app. By using it you agree to them.
What Reposy does
You choose a photo, mark an area, and pick an edit. The app sends that to an AI provider and gives you back an edited photo. Results are generated and vary; an edit may come back in a way you do not want, and some will be refused by our own quality checks before you ever see them.
Photos you may edit
Only edit photos you have the right to use, including the right to edit the people in them. Do not use Reposy to make images that impersonate someone, that sexualise anyone, that involve anyone under 18, or that are unlawful where you are. We may refuse to process a photo, and the app will tell you when it does.
You keep all rights in your own photos. Using Reposy gives us no ownership of them, and no right to use them for anything other than making the edit you asked for.
Credits
Edits are paid for in credits. One photo costs 5 credits; three alternatives at once cost 12.
- You are charged only for results that are actually delivered. If two of three alternatives come out usable, you pay for two.
- Credit packs are a one-time payment and never expire.
- Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Each month's unused credits stay usable for two months, then lapse.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money.
Payment, renewal and cancellation
Purchases are made through your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel a subscription in the Settings app on your iPhone, under your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the Reposy app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms, at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong on our side, write to us and we will do what we can.
Your account
Your account is anonymous and lives in your device's keychain. With iCloud Keychain turned on it follows you to a new or restored iPhone signed in to the same Apple Account. Without it, if you lose your phone, the credits on that account cannot be recovered, because there is nothing else linking them to you. Active subscriptions can always be restored from Settings.
Availability
Reposy depends on a third-party AI provider and on our own servers. We do not promise it is available at all times, and we may change or discontinue parts of it.
Liability
Reposy is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
